Terms and Conditions
SERVICES
Depending on the package selected and paid for, Endive InfoTech shall cover all the
activities mentioned in the respective packages.
PAYMENT TERMS
Client agrees to make 100% advance payment within 7 days of receipt of invoice
against every invoice raised by Endive InfoTech. Any bank charges / transfer fees while making the payment shall be borne by the client. Endive InfoTech has the right to
terminate services with a seven day notice
in the event client does not make payment
within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
REPORTS
Endive InfoTech shall provide periodical
repots as agreed with client.
PRICING
Pricing is based on scope of work given in
this proposal. In the event additional services
or work are required or there is a major
change in the scope of work, then Endive
InfoTech reserves the right to adjust pricing
TAXES
All statutory taxes shall be borne and paid
by the client on and above the monthly
charges. AUTHORIZATION: Client agrees to
give Endive InfoTech access to current
social media pages (if any) or any other
access required in order to continue social
media marketing activities on behalf of the
client.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The client agrees that any elements of text,
graphics, videos, photos, content, designs,
trademarks, or other artwork furnished to
Endive InfoTech are owned by the Client or
that the client has permission from the
rightful owner to use each of these elements.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Endive InfoTech shall maintain absolute
confidentiality with respect to any confidential information received from the Client.
Endive InfoTech shall not disclose any such
information without obtaining client’s prior
consent.
MINIMUM COMMITEMENT
Endive InfoTech expects minimum commitment of six months from the client. However, in order to make client comfortable, Endive InfoTech will raise invoices as per following schedule, for which client will need to make advance payment.
First invoice – for the period of 1 month Second invoice – for the period of 3 months Third invoice – for the period of 6 months All future invoices thereafter will be raised for the minimum period of 6 months.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the services by giving one month notice. The obligations of both the parties shall continue duringthe notice period.
